Real Example: Party Risk Detection
For one of our STRs, instead of auto-sending the standard welcome message to a new reservation, we first send a strong party warning message that the guest must agree to BEFORE we send the welcome message. AI analyzes their response. If AI deems no party risk, it will auto-issue the welcome message. If AI deems party risk or is unsure, instead of responding to the guest, it will send the host (my husband and I) a SMS alert to review and respond.
